We have two C40 codecs with PrecisionHD 1080p 12X cameras. Problem is that cameras don't send video signal, but we can control them. Cameras runs on latest available firmware. Codec was upgraded several times to different TC7.x versions.
Under the Diagnostics we have two errors:
1. No input video signal on selected input connector HDMI 1.
2. Camera with id 1 has reported to have a hardware fault: Image sensor failure detected.
Can anything be done about this or cameras are dead?

With an Image Sensor Failure, the camera is dead and you will need to purchase a replacement, or have it replaced via an RMA with the TAC.
