Not able to get Provisioning Mode activated!

Have TMS ver:14.6. We did not have Provisioning previously activated. Have installed the TMSPE_1_4.1. Install is fine, no errors, but we are not able to get it activated!

It is greyed out!

You need to gives us a bit more information; have you got the provisioning key installed on your VCS and which software version is it running? Have you added provisioning licences to TMS?

We have device provisioning option key, activated on VCS, and Cisco TMS Prov Ext activated on TMS yes.

I assume you setup a TMS administrator account for TMSPE to use during the install?  Have you tried to restart the server after you installed TMSPE?

Hi

Yes, we did, its the local TMS admin account, and yes, there have been a restart!. Not able to see if there is something in the event log, who could give me a clue.
