Have not tried it, but as long as you have the prerequisite met for the endpoints I see no reason for why this would not work. It’s really the Hybrid Calendar that provides the OBTP functionality. For the MRA devices you would need to set them up with Edge for devices to be able to enable Hybrid Calendar.
There are some option for use of TMS for OBTP, but I have not experienced with this and I would think that there could be an issue with this as there would be no connectivity between the VC system that registered via MRA and the TMS system.
As I wrote I have no own experience with using TMS for OBTP. We’re actually in the process of migration from TMS to CM and Edge for devices with Hybrid Calendar.
