On-Demand Error

I am getting the following error message when I try to access the On-Demand option on the IPTV web page and also when I access the server directly:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, iptv-admin@cisco.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

This problem was briefly fixed when I upgraded to 3.5, but it has returned. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Reloading the bex would temporariy solve theissue; Upgrade the IP/TV viewer to v3.5.1.5 - this does not have any issues

Same problem here. See my post on Dec 16th.

I have had a TAC case open on this for months now.

Seems to be related to the load on the CM.

Also, There are some fun little JSERV errors in the apache log files when this happens.

I'm not a JSERV expert, but apparently no one at Cisco is either.
