One way video 7985 and VT Advantage 2

Hi

I have a 7985 on CCM 4.1 with VT advantage on another PC v2 when i call the phone i can see them but they cannot see me.

Any ideas?

The VTA isn't in Receive-Only mode, is it?

the 7985 receive from the VTA fine. Its the VTA that does not see the output of the 7985 camera.

VTA to VTA works ok and the 7985 reports that its sending video @ 330kbps

Any other ideas.

Are there any ACLs which could be filtering video traffic between the endpoints?

Do you use Locations; is there sufficient video bandwidth available?

Are you using the latest 7985 code, 4.1(3)?
