P65 Dual profile presentation issue

Hi,

I have a telepresence system with Cisco VCS, MCU 5320, and some P65" dual profiles, my issue is when P65 dual is in bridged conference through MCU it receives presentation on main screen not on presentation screen. In point to point call there is no problem.  Any idea to resolve this ?

Hi,

What dialing method are you using when connecting to MCU? Is it H323 or SIP?

SIP calls with MCU wherein using BFCP the content will not be displayed on the presentation display. You can resolve this by disabling encryption on MCU or on the endpoint.

You can also check under MCU Settings > Content

Content status: Enabled

Display content in normal video channel: Enabled

Also on the MCU conference configuration,

Content mode: Transcoded

Outgoing transcoded codec: H.263+

This settings works fine with my current MCU with dual screen endpoint participants.
