Hi,
I was given the serial numbers of various Cisco Telepresence devices but need to find out what devices those are.
Is there any tool to find out the part code of a Cisco device from the serial number?
Any help is much appreciated.

Try this by using Cisco Product License tool, https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/tandbergLicenseLookup.
Enter serial number and keyword display in windows then click “search” should display system information.

T880 MXP is CTS-880-PAL (113560P, 113560CN - 880 MXP PAL) and this include 1138352.

Other quick method to check system model is to look first a couple digit of serial number.
Serial Number starting with...(as example);
etc.

Thanks a lot Tomonori.
One more question, is the Tandberg end point below EOS?, I couldn't find any EOS announcement for this specific model.

Yes, Settop MXP series Endpoint announced EOL.
Please refer to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/prod/collateral/ps7060/ps11985/ps12100/end_of_life_notice_c51-688266.html.

But this specific model:
1138352
TANDBERG 880 MXP 384 kbps ISDN/1.1 Mbps IP
Isn't in that list.
