Hi everyone
I am one of the trainers co-facilitating a training group and have been in a couple of webex training groups so far, but the most recent group has had a specific tech issue I haven't been able to get my head around.
Everyone in the group has their camera's on, but I am unable to see them unless they speak and make themselves the priority person so to speak at the top right. When I check the full-screen view, I can only see the person talking once again, and cannot open gallery modes or other views either.
I am not the host of the Webex session, but I do have their ear as a co-facilitator, and if anyone has an idea of what setting may need to be changed.
The faster I get a response the better!!!
