PE Settings Account Information Email - Formatting

Is there any way to do any formatting in the Body section of the Account Information Email under Provisioning Extension Settings in TMS, such as bolding, italicizing, underlining, text color changes, etc, or a way to 'hack' such a change?

The emails that we generate to users after creating their Jabber accounts look so plain that many people perceive them to be a phishing attempt or spam.

The email sent by TMS-PE is text only. No formatting is available. I would suggest that you contact your account team to have a feature request opened to allow for an option of html type emails.
