Hi,
I have a PGW that is connected to CUCM cluster. calls are routed OK but when a CUCM server fails, problems occurs; when a call arrive to the PGW it route it through the route list that contains both servers (cluster of 2 servers), half of the calls fails because the PGW keep sending calls to the failing server and timeouting. is there any way for the PGW to mark the trunk as OOS till the server gets back? or is there any way that the PGW routes the call to the next trunk in the route list if the first one fails?
Thanks,
Omar

You can try using cause analysis in the dial plan to route the call to the alternate path.
Refer to the dial plan document on cco
