We have a C90, the only C90 out of 800+ endpoints. We have noticed that when we access a folder within the directory that has more than 50 entries, the C90 only displays the first 50 entries. We have done a restart, a reboot, a factory reset, everything we can think of, and still have the same result. The C90 is at TC6.3.0 and is in an integrated room controlled by a Crestron. We get the same phonebook issue whether we use the Crestron or the handheld remote. Any ideas?
