phonebook search bug in TC6.3.0 (API)

The parameters "Limit" and "Offset" in the xcommand phonebook search command do not work anymore in TC6.3.0. The endpoint ignores their values.

I attached two log files that show the different behavior between TC6.2.1 (and earlier) and TC6.3.0
