I have installed the codec telepresence ( EX60, EX90 , MX300, DX80,PRO) in cucm 11.5 , after i get this critical alarm in cisco prime unified operation manager : PhoneUnregThresholdExceeded device pool : pool of codec telepresence .
can you help me to resolve this alarm .
