Point to point call between sx10

is it possible to place video call between two sx10 without cucm/vcs systems?

You can make calls between two standalone SX10s using H232, you must be running CE8.2 and later to support H323 with the SX10.  Take a look at Vivek's post in thread sx20-standalone to configure H323 and your firewall.

Yes, if using H323, standalone SIP isn't supported with WebEx.  Take a look at the WebEx Meeting Center Video Conferencing Enterprise Deployment Guide (WBS31) for more information.
