If there are no restrictions set on the VCS (which there isn't by default), you just have to configure the Polycom to register to it. H.323 settings, set the gatekeeper address, not auto (IP or DNS name). Give it an H.323 alias and E.164 number and it should register. There is nothing special you have to do on the VCS side, it's just an endpoint.
