Cisco VCS Starter Pack X7.2.2
Cisco TelePresence Profile 52/55 - TC7.3.6.ea51021
Polycom RealPresence Group 700 - Release - 6.0.1-340040
Both endpoints registered to VCS as h323 endpoints. Calls from Polycom to Cisco TANDBERG is not working but its connecting when the call is initiated by Tandberg endpoint. (Infact, any outgoing is not working from Polycom)
Some advice or some insight on polycom Interoperability would be greatly appreciated here!

Asim I would recommend upgrading the VCS software for starters, X7.2.2 is over four years old and Polycom's latest release notes show interop testing on X8.8, VCS is currently up to X8.10. I don't know if that will fix the problem but it's something that should be done - also the Group Series software is currently at 6.1.2.
With the logs, you only show the search history, I'd look at the event log for the failed call - there might be some issue with a CAPS problem or something, the search history won't show that.
