I've been unable to determine the minimum Lux specs for the PrecisionHD 1080P 12x. The datasheets do not specify the Lux and I have tried phoning Cisco directly but to no avail. I believe the PrecisionHD 1080P was originally a Tandberg product. Does anyone on here have access to detailed technical specs (perhaps Tandberg versions) that verify the minimum supported Lux specs.
Thanks in advance,
Frazer

Hi Frazer,
We don't have a specific minimum Lux level, but we recommend 500 lux for an optimalTelePresence experience.
The f-number on the PrecisionHD 1080p 12x camera is 1.7. The f-number is a measure of the capacity of lenses to collect light. The smaller the f-number, the better is the light collecting capacity of the lens

Hi Jonas,
Thank you for your update. Do you have a spec sheet I can reference to validate the 12x lense F-Stop rating?
Thanks,
Frazer

Hi Frazer,
It seems that f-number is not documented in the datasheets or the camera user guide.
I have flagged this so that we can update our documentation.
Cheers,
Jonas
