Hi,
we bought PrecisionHD USB #CTS-PHD-CAM-USB= to connect to Telepresence Codec C40, does any one know how to make this work?

That Camera is meant for use with a Windows PC and a Jabber Style client.

You would need to purchase one of the PrecisionHD 720p/1080p Cameras

which is designed to work with the TelePresence codecs (C Series and SX20)

Thanks for your reply, but do you think if we use a USB to HDMI converter to connect the USB camera to the HDMI input will work?

I doubt it. Those converters are designed to take a USB signal from a PC and convert it to HDMI, but the USB camera is depending on the USB connection for power, which I'm pretty sure would not get supplied in this case.
