There was a recent hardware update to the Touch 10 and I can see from the picture that you have the new one. Please refer to the release notes for the latest hardware <-> software compatibility scheme.

Currently the new touch requires TC7.3.11, CE8.3.3 or CE9.1.1. If your SX80 is on a lower version on any of these major version then that is your issue. Upgrade to resolve.

The SX80 codec has installed the software CE8.3.2. We don't releist a newer software on our Cisco Call Manager. If there on the toch 10 a higher version installed, how we can downgrade the SW of the touch 10?

Hi,

CE8.3.2 do not support that touch panel. You must install CE8.3.3 on your CUCM or upgrade the codec to that version. The Touch 10 gets its software from the codec, the Touch 10 cannot be downgraded to CE8.3.2, which is why you see that message on the Touch. I am afraid there are no other resolution than to upgrade your codec (upload new software on UCM).

The issue is that the Touch10 you have is a newer hardware version of which cannot run the old software.  You need to upgrade your SX80 to at least version CE8.3.3 (if you want to stay on the CE8 software) to be able to use that Touch10 hardware. This is mentioned in the "Cisco TelePresence Touch 10 hardware dependencies" section (Page 75) of the CE8 Release Notes

I'd recommend that you upgrade to CE8.3.5 if you need to stay on the older CE8 code for some reason, otherwise, the latest CE9.4.0 would be your best option going forward however there are some user interface changes you may want to test first before moving to CE9.

If there is no way you can possibly upgrade from CE8.3.2, then your only option is to replace the Touch 10 with one that is an older Hardware version.
