Hello,
We have a problem with our TCU. The 3 screens are balack. The 3 codecs and their screens are OK.
We have a air conditional problem in this room and the temperature was very high.
I suposed it was a power supply that make a strange noise. I changed it but the problem is still here. I asked to the seller to change it to be sure.
- If one power supply (here the left one) is die, all the sytem cannot be used?
- How can I connect directly to TCU to see if it boot well? (I tried to connect a keyboard and a monitor but nothing happened)
