Can you give us version numbers, a topology, and some of the actual SIP logging from the VCS?
You have given us very little info to begin to help you.

Hi Michael,
Single VCS 7.1 with B2BUA (SIP domain visio.euromed-management.com, euromed-management.com).
Single FE server (SIP domain euromed-management.com)
Trying in TCP and in TLS
When placing a call from Lync to VCS : the call pass but no media
When placing a call from VCS to Lync : search history : Not acceptable here or Unsupported Content-Type message (depend of TCP or TLS try)
When trying B2BUA in TLS : the far end has rejected our certificate, or missing local host authorization entry on the Microsoft front-end servers but I created trustedapplicationpool and trustedapplicationcomputer
When trying B2BUA in TCP : connection alive
In Lync logs, I see the two joined errors
I generated the certificate for VCS and added it to the CA and into the VCS (as the CA cert)
DNS A and reverse entry are ok
I tried supportencryption, donotsupportencryption and forceencryption in Lync
Thanks for your support
Regards,
Christopher.

Christopher,
can you show us the full INVITE which gets a 415 response, including the SDP of the INVITE?
What is the encryption setting in B2BUA set to?
When you create a server certificate for the VCS, this should be added to the VCS as a server certificate, not a CA certificate.

Hi Andreas,
Thank you for your comeback.
I can't send you the information for this moment, but later.
I left the customer, and i will return.
Many thanks,
Christopher.
