Hi - Our customer currently has a Tandberg Profile 65 Dual running TC4.04 in their boardroom. This is integrated with the room AV system. As part of the room AV system upgrade to a Creston system we are looking to replace the screens with 2 x NEC 80" Full HD LCDs and centering the existing Cisco TelePresence PrecisionHD Camera (1080p) between the new monitors. Are there any technical or support issues we should consider when replacing the screens and repositioning the monitors? As this is effectively not a "Profile 65" system, but rather a C90 with new screens. Also the software version is rather old but we were hoping in the short term to retain this as we are looking at a larger core infrastructure upgrade which would include software upgrades.
Thanks
Brian

From a technical perspective, yes, you are correct, it'll effectively become a C90 with two non-cisco display panels attached.
You may run in to some minor issues down the track with licences though, as your "C90" will be licenced as a "Profile 65" - someone will need to make a note of this if you need to add any additonal licencing in the furture. An example of this is the MultiSite licence, on a "Profile 65" it's LIC-P65-C90-MS, on a "normal C90" it'd be LIC-C90-MS - so depending on how your device is configured, a different licence is required.
I believe, through the TAC, you are able convert the device and the installed licencing to a normal "C90" - You can do it the other way with a T3, so you should be able to do it with a Profile - there's a document that refers to that process here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/9878051/replacing-t3-c90-codec-after-rma-shows-incorrect-product-id.
PS - Questions on these types of devices are more actively discussed in the TelePresence section of the forum rather than the Video over IP section you've posted it in.
