When trying to connect to SX20 using Proximity of iPad and iPhone via Wifi, after
[Finding Video Systems] → [Connection to TP's IPaddress] → [Presenting to client disabled] →
[Finding Video Systems] → [Connection to TP's IPaddress] repeat
The same was true for devices other than the SX20.

Proximity App Version:ios-2.2.0

Telepresence Endpoint:SX20

How is the endpoint configured for Proximity?
Check on the Web Interface of the unit under Setup > Configuration > Proximity to make sure you have everything that you need enabled:

Is the wireless network the iPad is on routable to the network the SX20 is on? That is a requirement for Proximity.

Thank you for the response.
Wifi is reachable on SX20.
If you connect the same Wifi with a PC, you can connect to the SX20 with Proximity.

I was able to confirm the connection of Proximity from iPad and iPhone by changing the Proximity setting of SX20.
