QoS with Cisco 1720?

Hello, we have a cisco 1720 with vonage units and mitel ip phones.

How/what can we do in the cisco to prioritize voice over data traffic? I know the port numbers of the voip devices...thanks

You need to apply the policy map accordingly on the physical interface which is connected to your SP.
