Hello everybody.

I have questions about MCU 4505.

At first, when I connect to conference room using codec devices such as IPT or Cisco Jabber, I can see a description that is user information. In this case, can I control the size of the description?

Secondly, When people connect to the conference room, I can set the position which is shown in the screen of codec devices. However, only people who join the conference room can be set a position. I can see the list of people who join the conference room in the Conference Pan Placement. I would like to set a position before people join the conference room. Can I set the position that can be located directly if people join the conference room.

What do you mean by "I can see a description that is user information"?

I assume you might be seeing the participant's name that appears at the bottom of the screen.  If so, it's not possible to change the way the text or how it appears, but you can change the height they will appear on the screen which can make the label appear smaller or larger on the screen.

Settings > Conference > Maximum height of participant name within pane

It's not possible to specify where a participant will be within a conference without them being connected into the conference first, once they're connected into the conference, their name will then appear in the conference pane placement option.
