Remote WebEx group meeting

Is there a way to host a WebEx meeting remotely to a group of people that do not have access to computers or phones?  I was think that I could go to the location and setup a computer and a projector for the group to see the presentation but how would I and hear when someone in the group would like to ask a question.

If you have set up a computer for them, then you could have a microphone connected to that computer to pick up their question.
