Hi All,

Could someone please explain cause code 0? I can't see this in the disconnect cause table and haven't seen much information online or on documentation regarding "KickedFromLocus (FORCED)".

The room disconnected randomly during a MS Teams call and we can't find the reason why.

disconnect, Conferencing, Other Collaboration Endpoints

*r CallHistoryGetResult Entry 7 DisconnectCause: "KickedFromLocus (FORCED)"
*r CallHistoryGetResult Entry 7 DisconnectCauseCode: 0
*r CallHistoryGetResult Entry 7 DisconnectCauseOrigin: Spark
*r CallHistoryGetResult Entry 7 DisconnectCauseType: RemoteDisconnect

As Cisco updates their cloud infrastructure regularly, and there are often new address ranges added, if your firewalls are not set up to allow traffic to all the webex services, you can get odd behaviour.   I suggest you regularly review the Network Requirements for Webex Services documentation to make sure that your environment is configured to allow access to everything that is required.
