I'm just wondering if there is a way to completely remove that screen notification. We successfully removed it using the command you gave but it came back after a few days. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi guys, this is the answer from Cisco TAC:

"I cross checked this in our lab but unfortunately this button is not customizable. There is no option to disable/ change it.

Where This Meeting button  shows up on touch panel , when the system is provisioned to TMS.
When the device is not provisioned with TMS, this meeting button will not show up on touch panel."

Our workaround is to upload a custom wallpaper and the message no longer appears on the OSD.
