Repeated Authentication When Configuring TMS

Hi,

I am currently managing TMS(14.3.1).

When it comes to configuring through the category Monitoring->Conference Control Center, There is a recursive authentication with notification.

For details,

I tried to enter that caregory, and there was a notification of using JAVA and It required authentication with typing my id&password.

1) How can I avoid this recursive authentication?

2) IMHO, If my PC and TMS server are in same local DNS, We won't need to do that. Is it right?

Hi,

1) it would pop up for username, password and domain, if any of the fields was incorrectly filled out.

2) No, what did you mean by PC and TMS in the sam elocal DNS? if you meant in the same domain, you still need Java authication to domain.
