We have a dying C60, replacing with a SX 80 with a Crestron controller. We just use the Crestron to route signals, no camera controls, we still use the C60 remote to send content after the Crestron routes everything. The install company is trying to charge quite a bit for Crestron programming that I don't see necessary. Am I missing something?
I know the only difference on the in/out is audio, no problem switching out the XLR with Phoenix. We're not adding any inputs, camera controls are done with a separate switcher and routed through the Crestron to the Codec and we could send content with the touch 10.
This is for an auditorium so it is a full control room and we're just sending content to a bridge at the University we're associated with (we're the hospital...)
