We had to reset the password for the End Points we have on our network (Almost 2000 End Point) using the Templates on TMS. but after changging the admin passwords we lost the connection for all the End Points to the TMS as they were connected by the password we changed.
and we got "Wrong Username and Password" message on TMS which caused loosing the monitoring with them.
Is there a way to reset these connection password on TMS or we have to do it manually one by one :( . which is horrible !
Thanks in Advance.

You can use a TMS configuration template to update the stored password in TMS for managed systems, it will also update the password on the endpoint itself if TMS is able to communicate with it.
Take a look at thread tms-132-set-https-admin-password-through-configuration-template-c-series-codec for more information.
It's also documented in the admin guide and online help in the configuration template section:
To set a password on a system using a configuration template, the correct setting is Password for System Type: Other Type. The setting Admin Password for System Type: Other Type applies only to legacy endpoints.
Use the configuration template to set password for CE, TC and TE systems. Follow the same procedure as TC/ TE systems to set a new password for CE software endpoints.

The problem is that we reset already the password on the End Points using templates .. and now there's no connection to the TMS
My question is it possible to put the new password massively on TMS to retain the connection again ?

Did you use the process mentioned above?
As I said earlier, that process will update the password stored within TMS that it uses to communicate with managed endpoints, it will also update the password on the endpoints if the connection between TMS and the endpoints is good. Even if TMS can't communicate to the endpoint, as in your case, you can still use that method to update the password that TMS uses to communicate with managed endpoints.

I checked the provided topic and it seems that there's no solution but the manual configuration for the TMS as I mentioned.
I tried the template also but it failed to update it as the connection between the TMS and EPs is already lost for the credentials mismatch.
Thanks Patrick anyways for your help.

I would have thought that TMS would still be able to update the password for itself, even if it lost contact with the endpoint. I just tested it, and stand corrected. Since that isn't possible, the only other solution is to update each endpoint in TMS manually with the new password. The correct solution would have been to use the above command to have TMS update the password it uses to connect to the endpoint, and at the same time update the endpoint's passport, instead of updating the passwords on the endpoints themselves and then later update TMS.
