Hi
We have updated Telepresence Endpoints with CE 8.0

We have tried to connect HD sources to a SX10 or MX300 G2 with Resolution with 1080P / 60 Hz.

On the touch Panel we see unknown Resolution

The source is a ClickShare.

Do somebody have any solution or Ideas

Best regards

Roland

The only supported 1080p resolution the SX10 will accept is 1920x1080@30 (HD1080p), per the data sheet.  Is it possible to change the ClickShare output to use 1080p30 or even 720p30?  You could possibly put a scaler between the SX10 and ClickShare to scale down the incoming video.

The 1080p30 on the SX10 was only added in the CE8.0.0 version of the software - if you're running TC7.x you cannot input 1080p.

The maximum resolution you can feed in to a SX10 on TC series software is 1280x768 (WXGA).  See this thread: sx10-input-resolution

Edit: Sorry - I didn't see that you're running CE8.0.0 on the endoint already - I've left the above for other's reference.

Note: The SX10 only supports 1080P at 30FPS (1080p30), so you cannot feed a 1080p60 signal in to it, you will either need to drop down the resolution on the device you are connecting, or, as Patrick suggested, insert additional a signal processor/scaler in between to handle the change.
