Restore Factory Default (IP/VC3511)

Hello all,

I tried to restore factory default of IP/VC 3511, however IP/VC still have previous configuraiton.

How can i restore factory default?

A log of the auto-boot events displays on the computer.

Step 5 When the message "Press any key to start configuration" appears on the screen, press any key within six seconds.

The following command line options appear.

Enter <A> to display advanced configuration menu

Enter 2 (restore factory default)

Enter <Q> to quit configuration menu and start the gateway

after rebooting, configuration still have...

Using the serial cable, connect to the MCU with a hyperterminal session. Hit CTRL-X to reset the unit. Access the configuration mode by pressing a key when prompted. Select A (advanced config menu) and 2 (Restore factory configuration). Let the unit reboot and access the configuration mode again to insert the appropriate IP address.
