RFC 3515 and CISCO IP PHONE

Hi, this is Germano Graziani from Italy (ROME).

Our team is working on a VoIP service delivery for the most important wireline Customer in Italy.

I've simulated, in our lab, the REFER - ACCEPTED - NOTIFY scenario as in RFC 3515 using CISCO IP PHONE 7960.

Seems 7960 sent NOTIFY message at the end of call flow, and not after REFER - ACCEPTED messages (as in RFC 3515).

My questions are:

1. is there any configuration step that I have to do on 7960 to adhere to RFC 3515 ?

2. is 7960 RFC 3515 compliant ?

As per the Adminstrator's guide, 7960 SIP Phone is compliant to RFC 3515.
