Room Kit Far End Content Audio

I have a project with a Cisco WebEx Room Kit running Room OS 10.15.4.1 being controlled via Crestron using the Cisco Room Devices 7.0.0 Module that will stop sending content audio to the far end within a few days of a factory reset.  It will work fine initially but then after several days stop.  The content audio can still be heard at the near side so we know it is getting to the Codec, but the far end will not hear it.  They can still here the participant audio, just not the content audio... There are 3 other Codec Pros in this system and they do not have the same issue.

We also experienced same issues with couple of units in our production environment and was puzzled as to why because all of them were running the same  RoomOS 11.1.2.4 b7224552262 . We ended up updating one of the units that had this issue with RoomOS 11.5.2.4 eea5e67094e and upon testing the content sharing audio issues resolved.
