I ran into a problem that couldn't be solved during video conferencing engineering.
When I heard that the video was making noise in the Roomkit plus quad cam, I took action on the equipment, but it was not a solution.
Below are the methods I've done.
1. Power off Quad Cam and try to turn it back on.
2. Replace HDMI Cable for Quad Cam and Codec
3. Check network and codec logs > Only normal logs were seen.
4. Interference problem in wireless network? > Customer's question or self-view answered that it would not be because the symptoms persist.
Will this problem also occur in the physical problem of the camera lens?
Or is it caused by interference from magnetic objects or nearby wireless networks? But camera signals are transmitted over HDMI cables, so would that be a problem?
I'm also attaching a picture, so please check it and let me know your opinion.
