Hi Zaher,

you need to set a custom password on your EX90 unit to remove this security message.

just login in to your EX90 web interface using default password " TANDBERG" and then select admin tab at the top right hand side.

this will give you option to change password.

above security error will also be displayed when password is set to default "TANDBERG" so change it accordingly.

Hi Amit

Thanks

I can ping it but

I'm unable to access it neither web nor CLI

I found the following tow ways to change it through Web | CLI

Using the web interface

When you know the IP address you can configure the

endpoint from the web interface.

Signing in to the web interface

1. Open a web browser and enter the system’s IP address in

the address bar.

2. Enter your user name and password and click Sign In.

The default user name is adminwith no password set.

Using the command line interface

When you know the IP address you can configure the

endpoint from a command line interface by API commands.

Signing in through SSH

1. Start a command line interface (for example PuTTY).

Enter the host name (or IP address) of the codec and set

connection type to SSH.

2. Log in with the appropriate username and password.

The default user name is adminwith no password set.

3. Issue the commands as described later in this guide.

Is there any further configurations must be done to get the access to it

Thank you

Regards

Depending on software versions, the admin password may be blank (ie no password required), or may be TANDBERG (caps are important).  If you can get in to the web, or CLI as with these details, you should then be able to reset the password to something non-default.
