You may check media blade event log file.
Each media blade will automatically create event log file once system start/restart.
The serial number of media blade will print on it.
For example
------------- EVENT LOG SYSTEM INFO -------------
Serial number: 45A02411
Main board: 100750 rev. 02
Boot SW version: Rev. 1.5, 2005-04-04
SW version: J4.6
Date: Mar 16 2011
Codec version: MCU
SW type:
-------------------------------------------------
These log files are store under “/tandberg/log” directly.
You might see multiple log files under this directly.
For example (MPS with 2 media blades)
===================================================
/tandberg/log # ls
eventlog-ll0.1 eventlog-ll0.4 eventlog-ll1.3 lock
eventlog-ll0.2 eventlog-ll1.1 eventlog-ll1.4 save
eventlog-ll0.3 eventlog-ll1.2 index
===================================================
In this case, just check “eventlog-ll0.1” and “eventlog-ll1.1” files.
The “eventlog-ll0.1” is log from 1st media blade and “eventlog-ll1.1” is log from 2nd media blade.
You may use SSH terminal application and less command to check the log file or WinSCP to access file by GUI base operation.
