Unfortunately,it is not possible to set Chirp 1 as the only ringtone for your Cisco phone and lock down the settings so that the users cannot choose between Chirp 1 and Chirp 2. We can lock the settings with Call Manager but it is not possible with Call Manager Express/UC520. Also, Chirp 1 and Chirp 2 are hardcoded into the Cisco IP phones so we do have
control over these files and cannot remove or modify them.
