We are trying to setup a Cisco Board Pro 55 using the documentation found on https://roomos.cisco.com/doc/MTR/MTROnBoarding.
However we are stumbling against an issue. At some point, it is asking or a Device Administrator to be setup and we have no idea where this is coming from. We signed in with an account that has Azure roles activated (Teams Administrator and Intune Administrator) and we also tried to sign in with the resource account we specifically made for this screen. The error is the same:
"Device Administrator is disabled. Contact your admin".
Does anyone know what this error is referring to when it says Device Administrator? Is that an option on the Cisco Board itself that needs to be enabled or is it an role that needs to be activated somewhere?
