Does anyone know how I can retrieve sip firmware and load it on the 7960G Cisco phones? I have never done it before. Also I am looking for CCVP workbooks/labbooks does anyone know how I can get them? I ahve already bought all the Cisco Press books?

What is your current firmware version? Some firmware might require extra work...
