SKU for multisite feature

I have sx20 point to point and i like to add multisite.

What is the SKU for for that.. i didnt found it.

Possible option keys for sx 20 .

LIC-SX20-DD optional Dual Display Option for SX20

LIC-SX20-PR optional Premium Resolution Option for SX20

LIC-SX20-MS optional MultiSite Option for SX20

The SX20 Quick Set supports embedded capability for multipoint support with Cisco® TelePresence MultiSite technology, enabling users to add three additional participants to a telepresence call. SKU for SX20 MultiSite option is LIC-SX20-MS (MultiSite Option for SX20).

As per the above posts in the forum discussion, the LIC-SX20-MS is the correct option for you to purchase.

Once you have received your licence key, install it through the web interface as follows:

1)     Open the codec web interface and log in as an admin

2)     Click Maintenance

3)     Click Software Upgrade

4)     Enter the key you reveived in to the "Option Key" field

5)     Press Add - If it is successful, the codec prompts you to reboot

6)     Reboot

7)     You should now be able to make the required multisite calls

You could also add the option key using the API if you do not wish to use the web interface, or need to script up multiple endpoints.

Use the following commands:

     xcommand SystemUnit OptionKey Add Key: <16-character option key>

     xcommand boot

Once rebooted, you can check the system status (with an "xstatus system" command) and you should be able to see the MS option as being enabled:

     *s SystemUnit Software OptionKeys MultiSite: "true"
