Because you mention TC7.3.3, and they introduced a new RemoteMonitoring option key, is that what you're trying to add?  If you need to add an option key, you can do it through the web interface of the endpoint by going to Maintenance > Option Keys.

Yes I am trying but (Upgrade To Key\new Key ) is not accepting .     

Error:Failed adding option key: The server could not comply with the request since it is either malformed or otherwise incorrect.

What is the format of the key you were given, does it start with 1S000?

If it doesn't start with 1S000 or even if it does, I'd suggest you contact TAC again and have them issue a new key.  From what I have heard, there are some people that are getting bad option keys.
