Hello everyone,
I just wanted to validate this design:
- 1x Desk Pro with Telepresence Room license at a reception area
- 3x 8845 IP Phones with UCL licenses for the agents connected to UCCX
- LAN connection within the same building
The agents will handle calls from the IVR on UCCX and internal video calls from the desk pro.
The use case is that when a customer wants to talk to somebody from the backoffice, they can call a group from the desk pro, and this group rings the 3 agents for video calls.
Will this be valid, any other components or licenses I need?
