Spark Codec and ClearOne Mic Array - Phantom power?

I've been tasked with connecting a ClearOne mic array to a Spark Codec and I'm trying to find out if the codec supplies phantom power.  I have used these mics with SX20 codecs and had to use a phantom power supply even though the SX20 documentation states it supplies 48v.

Does the Spark codec supply phantom power or will I need an external supply in-line?

The Cisco Webex Room Kit devices are no different to the SX20 with respect to how the microphone connects and works.  They use the same Cisco Table Microphone 20 (which is a 12V microphone).
