Spark Kit plus Cammera issue

Hi I have just installed a Spark kit plus but I am getting a camera issue where the system is reporting it cannot see the camera correctly. the error showing is CamerasDetectedNoIr. the image is ok but there is text across the screen indication no camera detected.

I have upgraded to release ce 9.1.3 but that did not fix the issue

any ideas would be helpful

Try upgrading to CE9.1.4, it’s the most recent software release at the moment.
Have you tried a factory reset?
You might be running into a similar issue as the user in thread Camera Detection.
