Looking for help to understand this situation. Upgraded a SX80 to RK Plus but had to leave the ST60 in place. Once we connected the ST60 to the RK Plus, we were unable to see video. If we used the same HDMI cabling in place but connected a Quad Cam, we were able to see video. Couple things to note:
- The HDMI cabling in place is an Extron Pro Series HDMI cable (most likely 35', maybe 50'), HDMI coupler and then a short flexible HDMI cable to feed the ST60.
- When we used an Extron Pro Plenum Series HDMI cable, connected to the coupler and short HDMI, the ST60 would show on the RK Plus.
Understand the couple situation is not recommended but is working. Would appreciate some thoughts on the matter cause we're just not seeing it.

You will need to connect the ST60 to the codec, then send a new firmware upgrade to it so it can upgrade the ST60. The codec needs to have the full upgrade package re-sent to it as it won't have stored all the different camera firmwares, just the ones it currently needs for the cameras that are currently connected, so it needs to be "upgraded" again so it can then do the ST60 as well as part of the process.

Once the ST60 is connected to the Room Kit Plus instead of the SX80 it likely needs to have a firmware update (depending on the software versions you are running on each). The firmware for the cameras is part of the .cop.sgn file that is used to update the codec - just use the normal codec firmware upgrade process and it should, after the reboot, start the camera firmware upgrade - this can take a few minutes.

Thanks for the reply Wayne. Our codec firmware was up to date at the time. We could see the message on the screen that the codec was attempting to upgrade the peripherals but it would never complete. When we connected the Quad Cam to see if we received a different result, that upgrade process completed.
