I installed a SX20 Video conference system at a customers site and was not abele to get the audio from the content in (PC in) to output to the monitor speakers or the far side. is there some hidden setting somewhere? I get far side audio on the monitor speakers when in a call.

Have you tried to connect the PC audio directly to the speakers to confirm it's actually sending audio?

I presume you have the PC audio connected to the audio in on the SX20?

Thanks for your response. I found that the problem was that the firmware was corrupt, after updating it the problem was corrected.

What software were you running that had the issue, and what version did you uograde to that fixed it?

Didn't note the original version. Updated to v01.03.00.29.
