You need to configure the SIP settings on the Polycom VSX 7000, refer to the Configuring IP Settings chapter in the Administrator's Guide for the VSX Series.

Use the Supervisor MSE 8050 to cluster MSE 8000 blades, the option is located under Clustering > Configuration, refer to the Clustering chapter in the Supervisor MSE 8050 Help Guide for 2.3(1.46).

The TelePresence Server layouts are determined by the conference template within Conductor and are applied when the conference is created.  If using Cisco endpoints paired with a TelePresence Touch, you can use ActiveControl to change the layout that is displayed to that particular endpoint, refer to the ActiveControl in Optimized Conferencing for CUCM and Cisco VCS (Release 3.0) for more information.
