Hi all,
As you know 880 MXP is now EOS, but we can upgrade it to F9.3.1 now.
I checked release notes and EOS announcement page but there were no description about the supported latest software version for EOS products.
Does anybody know what is the supported latest version for 880 MXP?
Best Regards,

That is correct, there's never been a separate software version for any of these; 550/770/880/990/1000/1500/1700/3000/6000/Edge MXPs, they all take the same software. Only MXP I can think of which runs a different software version is the 150.

Without having it tested, I would assume as all the hardware is quite similar, that F9.3.1 would also run on a 880MXP.
I just did a lookup of the serial number of a 880MXP and at least TMS would return
version=F9.3.1
downloadURL=http://ftp.tandberg.com/pub/software/endpoints/mxp/f931/s50000f9_3_1.pkg
as the download URL.
Also the system is EOS, but its still supported and you can even still renew the service contract:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/ps7060/ps11985/ps12100/end_of_life_notice_c51-688266.html
So if you have a valid service contract, it should not be an issue, I am not sure how it is handeld if
there is no current service contract, as it only states renewal or extension.
Anyhow, the cost for a service contract might be better invested in a SX20 ;-)

Thank you Martin,
As you mentioned, it will be supported until Jan.31,2015 but I could not find any software for 880 MXP at
http://software.cisco.com/download/navigator.html.
That means all softwares for MXP (that will be released until Jan.31,2015) will be able to run 880 MXP right?

880MXP supports F9.3.1 - no problems at all.
I've still got a couple of these on our network and they are both running F9.3.1.
There's no difference, hardware-wise, between a 770, 880 and 990MXP, what makes the difference is the system option key, which sets the system as either a 770, 880 or 990.
These units are EOS, but they are still supported until 2015.
If you have the release key for F9.3 then you can use this for the upgrade, if you don't, and you don't have a service contract, then Cisco will give you a release key for free in accordance with this security advisory:
http://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-20110831-tandberg
Just e-mail licensing@cisco.com and include serial number and current software version and they'll generate a key for you.

Thank you Jens,
I did not know we can receive release keys for free if products are affected.
It is useful information for me.
